Oversee the day-to-day running of an NGO and co-ordinate its programmes including Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Assessment etc. Acts as NGO representative and contact person as well as presenter and programme facilitator.
Responsible to the monitoring and evaluation Agency's projects and programmes including monitoring visits to projects, analysis and development of Project Management System (PMS), collection/compilation of Agency's existing project documents/data and upload into PMS, upload of field reports into PMS and hand-on training of Agency Staff on use of PMS
Co-ordinates M&E officers, review reports, analyse findings and prepare detailed reports including Execution Summaries for Clients. Make Presentations and debriefing on behalf of ICDS
Member of the Abak Local Goverment Cabinet responsible for initiating and implementation of programmes and policies for youth, education and sports development.
§ Responsible for ensuring standard delivery of all SPDC Sustainable Community Development activities in over 67 communities cross 9 LGAs in Rivers and Bayelsa States.
§ Assess and provide quality assurance of Economic Empowerment and Micro credit projects/programmes, Youth Development Schemes, Education projects, Women Development Programmes, Water and Infrastructure Projects delivered by SPDC.
§ Coordinate the on-site activities of Annual External Stakeholder Review (ESR) Team. ESR Process Team usually composed of Local and International Developmental NGOs including UNDP, UNICEF, World Bank, NDDC, State and Federal Government Representatives
§ Facilitate and Coordinate Annual External Assurance Review of All SPDC Sustainable Community Development (SCD) Programme/activities. Assurance is usually done by International Audit firms such as KPMG or PriceWaterHouseCorpers
§ Visits each SPDC SCD project site to monitor ongoing projects to ascertain that milestone payment correspond with value of work and verify and evaluate completed projects.
§ Evaluate outcome and impact of SPDC Community Development Projects/Programmes, and prepare progress reports.
§ Responsible for Designing, Developing, Maintaining and Upgrading the computer based Management Information System called Community Development Management Information System (CDMIS)
§ Analyse data and Provide Management Information and manage Information System - CDMIS
§ Supervised field activities of SCD Study/Review Consultants including Social Impact Assessments (SIAs), Impact Assessments and Baseline Studies.
§ Conduct Rapid Monitoring of Pilot project/programmes.
§ Manage administrative details of consultants’ contracts and payments details.
