Responsibilities;- I receive & verify suppliers invoices, prepare monthly statements matching invoices against orders & market listings, coordinate & participate in stock count, write inventory reports, prepare monthly Sales summaries, participates in inventory management meeting and advise the management on sales statistics, cost of sales, profit margin and performance of the
outlets. I analysis stock control procedure & advise on the measure to tighten up control. Apply cost control measures as to reducing cost and maintaining it within the acceptable limit. Write and present cost control reports.
In charge of the Account Department, Supervise all Records and bookkeeping in the Department. Prepare the final accounts and interprets the financial reports of the company. prepares the payroll of the company with adequate knowledge of Local Labor Laws, prepare management-report for proper Decision making. Gives financial advice to the Management of the company. Handle and treat all Tax matters in accordance with the relevant laws With both Federal and State Inland Revenue Boards.
