Accounts Duties

  • Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts; Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting; Advising on tax and treasury issues; Negotiating terms with suppliers and other contractors; Document financial transactions by entering account information; Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; Maintain financial security by following internal controls; Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements; Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports; Secure financial information by completing data base backups; liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise; Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements; Producing reports and recommendations following internal audits or public-sector audits; Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports; Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations; Complies with federal, state, and local financial and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions; Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends; Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential; Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs; Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems; Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts; Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures; Prepares and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents; Other duties as assigned to you by management.
  • Procurement Duties
  • Source for all equipment and materials required by the Company, buy all materials required by the company in her daily operations, identify potential sources of equipment and materials required by the Company, arranging the Invitation to Tender, generate vendor selection list, negotiate with vendors for the best price over purchase, bid chart and analysis, EXCO and LPO preparation, follow contract awarding processes and all relevant documentations (technical and HSE specifications), receiving technical evaluation and preparing the contractual and economical evaluation of purchase, elaborating and proposing contracting solutions and pursuing alternative methods of improving contracting practices ( risk/reward, incentives, alliances etc),Preparing priced and un-priced evaluation models of contracts, developing, compiling and conducting pre-enquiries and market surveys of materials and equipments needed, ensuring that high confidentiality is maintained during the procurement process.
