Schedule and conducting departmental meetings
Maintaining Asset registered for the company
Reviewing of company internal control procedures
Generate weekly, monthly and yearly report
Conducting market survey.
Sales and lodgement recocilliation.
Periodic audit management report on sales and debtor
Providing continuous fora for improvement in contrl and syetem review,
Planning and rewiew of Audit works
Client data and document control :filing ,photocopying,updating data base,printing
Initiates and process journal entries into various account.
Conducting special investigation on client request.
Attending to duty assign by the audit manager.
Involving in evaluating and reviewing of EUROPEAN UNION ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT(EU-EMCAP)
Reponsible for disbursement of fund and monitoring the use of the fund.
Responsible for preparation of bank reconcilliation statement.
Keeping of impress/petty cash expenses
Assist the program Accountant in preparing of financial statement.
