Preparation of various management reports and accounts. Posting transactions to the ledgers and extracting a trial balance. Preparation of payroll and payment of staff salaries on monthly basis. Preparation of bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis. Carry out billings and preparation of invoices to customers. Remmitance of VAT, PAYE, Pension funds and other statutory deductions. Cconducting interviews for the recruitment of personnel. Carry out strategic plans for the effective running of the company. Carry other duties as may be assigned to me by the MD.
