Ø Preparation of Staff salaries, overtime and Bonuses.
Ø Company Rep. at Mobil, Total, NDDC etc.
Ø Preparation of Bank reconciliation Statements
Ø Preparation of Management Accounts and reports.
Ø Instill Financial Discipline among Staffs.
Ø Strengthening of Internal Control in the Organization.
Ø Remitting PAYE to Board of Internal Revenue and Pension deductions.
Ø Handle general Operational /Accounting Functions of the Company
Ø Efficient management of the Company’s Inventories.
Ø Resolve Conflict, report erring Staff to Management for disciplinary actions
Ø Call for periodic reports from Departmental Heads
Ø Prepare the Report for the Sale of FMCG.
Ø Company Representative at Strategic Meetings.
Ø Ensure Efficient Banking of cash receipt/disbursement
Ø Preparation of client Bills
Ø Preparation of Staff Salaries
Ø Updating of clients Database and Accounts
Ø Reconciling Cash Book Balances and Bank statements
Ø Updating of customers Transactions in the system
Ø Preparation of payment Vouchers
Ø Registering of incoming /outgoing vouchers
Ø Any other duties as assigned.
