I.Responsible for preparing the Management Reports of the Organization.
2.Responsible for the Co-ordination of the activities of the Billing Office in ensuring accurate and reliable clients' bills
3.Responsible for tax planning
4.Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Master and Operational budgets
5.Restructuring of the entire Accounting systems of the Company
6.Management of the debt profile of the Organization and implementation of credit limit in order to minimize exposure to further debt while current portfolio is being managed.
7.Responsible for Payroll administration in collaboration with the Human Resource and the Internal Control units
