Responsibilities: As accountant
= Maintain the general ledger and the transactions of management processes of the organization.
= Management of Pension Fund Financial Records including executing the bank reconciliations for all funds
= Analyse financial performance .
= Prepare payroll for monthly salary
= Prepare periodic internal management reports.
= Prepare the monthly financial statements.
= Collate and analyse inputs into the preparation of annual budgets.
= Monitor and report on budget performance.
= Review and reconcile operational expenditure against budget .
= Liaise with internal and external auditors .
= Assist in the preparation of comprehensive, proactive and timely cash flow statements and bank reconciliation statements .
= Prepare PAYE tax self assessment for all staff.
= Prepare Cash Trial Balance .
