Ø Ensure policy / procedure / regulatory compliance and report exceptions.
Ø Provide control and compliance counseling, advisory and decision support services to the business offices and strategic resource units.
Ø Create and improve homogeneous compliance culture in the business offices in line with the control and business objectives of the bank.
Ø Daily review of expense ticket and independent Call Over of all qualifying transaction within 24 hours of posting.
Ø Daily input of exceptions arising from control activities in the Audit and Control Exception Manager application.
Ø Ensure integrity of transactions and General Ledger (GL) account in the business office.
Ø Preparation of sales reconciliation statement.
Ø Maintain the integrity of Debtors Accounts.
Ø Daily review of customers account
Ø Performs ad-hoc tasks as required by the GM (F/A) my reporting officer.
Ø Collation of reports and overall supervisory activities.
