To increase clientele base with results oriented
Communicate with customers through out the purchasing process and providing accurate information to current and existing clients in determining appropriate purchase of Petroleum products.
Develop relationship with new and existing customers to maximise sales volume.
Record and document daily sales.
Booking appointments, visiting major clients to discuss sales terms.
update customers database.
Ensure timely delivery depending on the volume of product.
Measure success by collecting and analyzing data on successful supply of product by evaluating customer satisfaction.
Develop marketing strategy and plan to increse sales to meet monthly target.
Responsible for carrying out duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Take, type and distribute minutes to designated dffices and personnels
Liaise with internal and external control
Manage office space
Maintain filing system(soft & hard copies)
Set up and cordinate meetings and conferences for delegates
Perform administrative duties for executive management
preparation of documents
Training and supervising other administrative staff
Maintain calendar schedule to meet with appointment deadlines
Book appointments, travelling arrangement; Saet up accomodation, travel and the general comfort of company guest and out of station staff
