Customer relationship management
-Co-ordination of branch marketing team
Liability Generation – DDA, Savings Accounts, Tenured Deposits
Credit analysis, appraisal and management.
Attending Regional strategic/MPR meetings
Liaising with the head office to monitor credit requests
Preparation of call memos and weekly marketing activity reports/Weekly review of market trends and strategies.
Liaising with Human Capital Group on the branch staff issues
Organizing branch staff training sessions/meetings
Organize and maintain branch filling system
Receiving incoming calls and directing to concerned staff/unit
Interface with various groups at the head office on issues relating to the branch transactions etc.
Carry out general administrative work of the branch
