My duties were to type correspondences, reports and memorandum from the Department Head. Receive, date stamp correspondences and proposals directed to Department Head. Answer and screen telephone calls for all office staff, take and relay messages, respond to routine telephone inquiries, forward calls to appropriate party. Maintain electronic files, file other documents and coordinate staff registers.
