Documentation and filing of memos and other official documents
Taking charge of matters involving some adhoc staff such as industrial trainees and NYSC members
Scanning, printing, typing, laminating and photocopying of documents for official purposes
Assist in the organization of evvents such as meetings, end of year parties
Scheduling of meetings, taking and building up of minutes and drafting of memos on as authorized by the HRM
Acting as personal assistant to the Human Resource Manager (HRM).
