Booking all international and domestic air ticket using the best GDS: Sabre and Amadeus, Hotel booking & reservations, visa protocols for clients, listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers/client to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries; gathering market and customer information; representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Developing, advising and implementing policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organization. Training and recruiting suitable applicant for the position required.
Keeping up to date with all products, service and procedures, answering customers queries via the phone, face-to-face or email. Handling payment on regular basis. Also unpacking goods, stocking shelves and arranging displays to taking part in customer promotions and events.
