Responsibilities: Administering payroll, maintaining records relating to staff and regular review of staff salaries. Attend meetings, attending to personnel (offshore) issues, Liaise with staff both internal and external contacts. Supervise and manage the administrative and secretarial personnel, maintenance of staff / client database.
Responsibilities - Assist the MD in strategy conceptualization and
formulation for the company, hosting the MD`s
guest and strategic partners, provide direct executive support to the MD of the company, manage the day-to day functions of the MD`s office,
schedule meetings, conference calls, speaking engagements, record and distribute executive meeting minutes; track action items developed at meetings, arrange, manage and maintain the MD`s complex calendar, assist the MD with drafting of communications and preparation of presentations and performs other duties as required.
