Co-ordination and supervision of activities of all customer service officers nationwide to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Provision of all promo and operational materials for partner agents and outlets.
Keeping daily schedules of appointments and filling of documents.
Any other duties assigned by the MD from time to time.
Achievements: I was able to maintain a good turn around time procedure for all clients and promoted good service delivery.
An excellent customer relationship was maintained and this increased sales and maintenance of products.
