Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on performance in operation, and to liaise closely with the account department to assist in speedy and accurate invoice preparation and financial report.
Keep adequate and accurate report of vehicles deployment and utilization.
To work closely with Maintenance Analyst and ensure that maintenance reports are generated from: jobs undertaken via job sheets; parts used; labour utilization; servicing records and maintenance records.
