I assist with financial and administrative duties including processing all income and expenditure, inputting transactions in the appropriate spread sheets, and assisting in recruitment, I am also responsible for general housekeeping duties and maintaining office supplies.
As part of my role I am trusted with liaising with banks and sending out payments, paying cheques into the bank. I assist the managing director in updating policies and ensuring that the company complies with guidelines of relevant agencies. I am also entrusted with getting quotes for repairs, replacement and co-coordinating the maintenance of office equipment’s. I also act as project assistant on the Asset management corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) debt recovery project, entrusted with the duties of tracing obligors and obligor’s assets, delivering demand letters and reporting activities of the consortium to AMCON using the AMCON online portal.
