Responsible for writing the minutes of the Chairman’s meeting and also take follow-up actions on the proceedings.
Review Staff performance and put up reports to the Managing Director Periodically.
Arrange for the purchase of stationeries, printing of books and forms as per the requirements and ensure keeping up of adequate stock of stationeries, books and forms.
For ensuring safety and security of office records and properties.
Carrying out the instructions and orders of the managing director.
Manage the filing, storage and security documents.
