1. I act in the capacity of Admin/Human Resource Manager on all administrative/personnel matters in the absence or on-behalf of the HRM.
2. I supervise staff recruitment, termination, promotion & other welfare matters.
3. I follow up on all incoming/outgoing correspondences on behalf of my organisation.
4. I assist in writing job description for new (Nigerian and Expatriate) staff and for existing staff where the contents have changed.
5. I maintain the data base for all employees of the company
6. I ensure all employee adhere to employment policy of the company as regards completion of employment documentations
7. I handle staff matters in relation to discipline & ensure strict adherence to company policy as regards work ethics.
8. Ensure proper Documentation and filing system.
9. I coordinate material requisitions and vendors’ supplies.
10. Compute Staff Terminal benefits and Trainings.
