Typing of all memo letters and documents that emanates from the organization
Filling and retrieving of all mails and documents
Act as a public relation officer of the organization
Make regular requisition for stationeries and taking stock
Ensure a steady supply of light, water and other consumables
Ensure that all staff are provided with stationeries and equipments to work with
Staff appraisal for promotion and deployment
Training design and implementation
Payroll management and welfare administration
Ensure the provision and availability of office equipment and ensure their maintenance
Guide the organization thereby provide proper representation.
Provide strategy for the organization in meeting specific target
Mobilize and coordinate all staff for training programs and events in the organization.
Instilling the required measure of discipline in each staff of the organization
Provision of conducive working environment, by ensuring the proper clean up of rest rooms, offices and the whole office premises in general
Analyze all Admin processes in relations of cost, effectiveness and value to the projects and vision of the organization
Maintenance of company’s equipment and tools including furniture, computers, fitting, air conditions, plants and machineries
Provision of stationeries for all departments
Deal with all local government, state government issues
Ensure proper Implementation of human resources policies, procedures and control
Presentation/proper filling of information, office documents and prompt files director upgrading.
Maintenance of all correspondence within departments.
Arrangement of traveling document for staff.
In and out recoding of mails.
Arrange and plan all meeting/training orientation
