At the Customer Service Desk I was saddled with duties of welcoming customers in, openeing of various accounts, receiving phone calls and messages when necessary.
As the Secretary / Admin officer, I was in charge of procurement of staionaries for the organization, receiving and sending mails to varoius business partners, keeping a dairy of appointments for the MD/CEO.
making sure that the office in general was clean and managing all office equipment.
This happens to be an NGO. I was incharge of putting in place all that was needed to run different programmes that was to be carried out by the organization. Eg venue, sending out invitaions etc.
