Keeping abreast of the organization’s objectives and ensuring effective processing of all project documents
Collecting and imputing data and regular filling.
Sending faxes and email etc conforming to the organization standards
Processing, editing and finalizing documents, reports, etc as required.
Maintain up-to date project files, including procurement of documents and office supplies.
Handling logistic planning for negotiations, tender processing, board presentation and signature etc.
Serving as a back up to other staff and the management team on project and administrative tasks.
General office administration.
All other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
