Confer and cooperate with other department managers to cordinate hotel activities, such as weddings, etc. Answer questions about the hotel policies and services and also resolved customers complains. Arrange telephone answering services, mail delivery, and answer customers question about the area. Use computer to order food and beverages or prepare reports. Purchase supplies or services from outside vendors such as repairs, trash and so on. Inspect hotel for cleaniness and appearance. Co-ordinate front office duties and resolve problems. Greet and register guests. Show, rent and assign rooms. Collect payments and make proper lodgement at the bank. Receive and process advance payments Assign duties to workers and schedule shifts.
Preparation of Notice of meeting; preparation of minutes of meetings. Drafting and Processing of various correspondences for the Foundation programs. Providing assistance to visitors and handling telephone inquiries about the Foundation. Providing assistance to grantees and potential grantees. Assisting in planning for various Foundation events. Providing Administrative support the Board of Trustees. Performing other duties as may be required.
