- Coordinate all administrative and secretarial support services for the branch.
- Take minutes of meetings and ensure circulation of same to all staff of the branch
- Requisition/issuance of office supplies for office use
- Supervise the use and repairs of office machines and equipment
- Holding and accounting for Petty Cash
- Supervision of contract staff: Drivers, Security, Cleaners etc.
- Assist HR in recruitment of contract staff i.e. inviting candidates for interview & checking Application documents for candidates as well as conducting oral interviews.
- Managing official incoming and outgoing calls/Handle incoming and outgoing mails.
- Handling Expense and Pre-Paid Expenses.
- Handling SAP (Systems Application and Products) for branch expenses.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned form time to time.
