Assist relocating staff in getting Accommodation, Schools, Health Care Services, Settling-in and Orientation.
Identifying and following up with major real estate firms on affordable and conducive housing.
Assist relocating staff with in-in - land and off - shore shipping.
Organising city tour, security breifing, neighbourhood tour and sociocultural briefing.
Introducing relocating staff to place of new assignment and country office staff.
Organising pre-apre - assignment tour and visit as requested.
Follow up on landlord/realtor on lease terms and clarifications if needed.
Managing all problems related to relocation.
Help in getting household staff.
Preparing and updating the Relocation Field Guide for the Nigerian Country Office.
Checklist of staff and the relocation log sheet.
Assist the relocating staff in any other services such as getting valid drivers licence, paying bills, opening local and domiciliary bank accounts.
