I have the overall responsibility for the agent network. This includes 1) presentations to interested corporates (banks, mobile, retailer etc) on the business model of becoming a PayCom agent/distributor; 2) signing up both corporate and individual agents; 3) comprehensive training to agents; 4) quality control (spot checks) at various agent locations.
