- Execute the company’s sales plan for the territory and ensure profitability and growth of the company’s brands across range in assigned territory.
- Maintain and drive compliance of company’s value chain policy with the distributors.
- Manage and drive distributors/partners in the region towards profitable growth as well as develop new ones in line with Nestlé’s DMBP (distributor management best practice).
- Manages all trade activities within distributors’ coverage areas in line with CCSD (channel category and sales development) plan.
- Manage effectiveness of POSM/POPM at POPs (point of purchase) and implement strategies to deliver visibility objectives.
- Provide sound distributors’ and field sales force relationship management and development.
