Manages the operation and organization of the activities in the factory chemistry laboratory.
Validation of various analytical methods (reference and alternative} using Q-stat/Ester.
Process capability study of process lines using statically process control for Optimizations.
Crisis management and preparedness.
Recall and Withdrawal management.
Implementation and sustainability of traceability across the value chain
Business Excellence in Quality Assurance Department with implementation of SAP (Specialist)
Problems solving using DMAIC and Fish Bone approach.
Compliance tracking, using Compliance Tracking Tool in accordance with Regulatory and Nutritional requirements.
Ensure implementation of food safety policies as regard production of chemically safe food products by ensuring only raw materials and finished goods that meet specifications are released for production and sales
Advises Management through monitoring of hygiene indicators on appropriate measures for ensuring production of safe food products in hygienic condition.
Participates in factory HACCP studies and activities to ensure food safety.
Carry out training in all areas of factory operations that enhances food safety, hygiene and productivity.
Participates in the NESTEC quarterly organized Chemical Proficiency Tests for Nestle factories & third parties laboratories worldwide.
Participates in auditing of suppliers’ factories and warehouse facilities on regular basis.
Implement and sustain SAP implementation in Quality Assurance Department.
Carry out weekly quality audit & inspection of the production lines.
Assist the Factory Chemist in the execution of activities in the Quality assurance department.
