 Monitoring of my sales Team by going round the territory to assess them and their work if there is any lapses we quickly adjust not to affect our sales.

 Co-ordinating my sales team for periodic market days within Oyo and osun.

 Also assess competitor’s activities as a part of my report writing.

 Proper monitoring of sales in my territory.

 Meeting with my sales teams on a weekly basis in my territory.

 Achieving of 70-80% of my territory target on a monthly basis.

 Updating of territory reports both weekly and monthly to the area sales manager south-west and also to be present at the monthly area meeting. Challenges and way-out to be discuss.
