GSM/DCS network of ZONG (China mobile Pakistan) & MOBILINK.
Supervise and technically support to sub contractors in different project of ZONG China Mobile Company and MOBILINK.
Supervision of sites Re-Homing (Shift of BTS from one BSC to another) activities.
Liaising with the PM implementation managers site access and materials management teams during the delivery process as and when the project requires.

Planning and managing the tasks of expansion projects and providing the direction and guidance to the field engineering teams in different regions in line with the broader directions of project management.
