• Working within a team – responsible for dealing with customer complaints; escalating customers issues to responsible department. • ATM Engineering, tellering and maintenance • Acted as Cash officer for a period. Supervised membersof my unit, ensuring quality service delivery to customers and adherence to the banks policies and procedures. • Cash Management- Ensured timely payments of withdrawal, processing of deposits, processing of government taxes within the maximum turnaround time of 5min per customer. • Business Development – sourced for new businesses on behalf of the bank, with deposit liabilities close to a 100 million to my credit. • Funds Transfer- account to account transfers, interbank transfers, MC Issuance etc.
