· Worked closely with stakeholders, SME and staff to understand the requirements and specifications for new applications along with reengineering existing applications
· Good writing skills in preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD), System Requirement Specification (SRS) and functional specifications
· Experienced in the analysis and design of applications using UML
· In-depth knowledge of the SDLC at all stages.
· Performing Gap analysis and SWOT Analysis, site visits and surveys
· Gather, synthesize and prioritize requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops
· Modeling the system using Use case diagrams, State diagrams and Class diagrams
· Strong knowledge of writing SQL queries
· Develop userguides fordeployed solutions.
· Attend project kick off and closuremeetings
· Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the delivery manager
Assisting in the recruitment process (shortlisting, scheduling of interviews, interviewing shortlisted candidates, writing reports).
Update CV database.
Collating scanning operational reports and figures from all the sites, and completing integrated departmental report on operations.
