Generate weekly and monthly report of enrolment, transaction, volume and value
Determines sales targets and ensure they are successfully achieved by the Direct Sales Agents.
Reviews existing internet banking and mobile banking offerings for enhancements as a result of business goals, competitive pressures and revenue opportunities.
Identifies new opportunities for sales campaigns that can lead to increased sales.
Analyzes customer usage of electronic resources, works with the Marketing Department to increase usage of electronic banking delivery channels
Works with Senior Management to develop and implement new e-banking products and services
Identifies the need for system updates; procures new vendors; negotiates and administers contracts for the provision of products and services
