I work closely with the Managing Director to develop strategic plans related to new business and contracts, represent the Company in strategic business meetings, manage day to day activities of contracts, respond to requests and tender bids, develop business Proposals and responsible for analyzing and preparing pre- qualification packages. I also manage recruitment and hiring of drivers for the company.
I was in a team of about fifteen members providing advice and solutions for managing customer service and customer relationships whilst investigating Payment protection Insurance (PPI) products sold to customers in the UK. We Developed plans and data matrix used in handling customer complaints, and also provided training services to new employees to ensure a successful implementation of the solutions.
I had the responsibility of handling customer inquiries, determine their needs, provide solutions to their banking requirements and educate them on suitable products. My duties also included opening accounts for new customers, conduct general data protection procedures and KYC checks.
As a HR graduate, I also assisted part time in the Human resources department in training new hires to the bank.
I acted as a support to the HR department where I assisted in training, listen to recordings of customer interactions with representatives and score the interaction based upon company criteria. I also coached representatives on areas of improvement and advised further. Other general responsibilities included handling payroll needs (such as time sheets), processing Leave of absence, etc.
I doubled as a flight announcer under the customer care unit as well as a customer care consultant. I worked within a team involved in researching on customer care, analyzing the loopholes in customer service delivery whilst making possible changes to some service faults. I was also responsible for giving airport/flight information to customers.
