Lead the sales team to achieve a given sales target turnover in the fiscal year with a contribution margin

Develop and improve selling processes to meet challenging market and competitive conditions
Plan customer calls according to sales efforts and objectives to ensure designated areas are fully covered according to predetermined call-frequency
Execute, train staff, Maintain and regulate Heidelberg’s ISO 9002 and customer complaint Management Projects.
Develop customer database for POS distribution, Planning and Control, which also determined customer interaction.
Position and sell the company’s brands to capture the target audience who are desirous of the convenience of Heidelberg products in Nigeria – government institutions, business organizations and private individuals.
Coordinate, edit and publish HNL’s newsletter twice a year.
Identify business ideas that met the marketing objectives and goals of the company in sales of professional power tools, oil servicing instruments and electrical fittings.
Position the company’s communication brands to capture the target audience – business organizations and private individuals.
