Duties at Centre for Growth and Development:
Macroeconomic Management: involving the collection of data.
Writing of daily, weekly and monthly reports of the Nigerian economy (capital and money markets).
Analysis of CBN data.
Serving as a primary contact for High Net Worth Clients
Acting as a “financial quarterback” for assigned client relationships, involving frequent interaction with clients and active coordination of strategies with team members
Conducting informational sales presentations for prospective clients.
Reviewing sales metrics and setting team goals with supervisor
Follow up on all business accounts
Follow up on corporate finance transactions
Expand and retain relationships- profile new and existing clients to ensure cross-sell of company’s products.
Understanding local and international industries trends and developing strategies and tactics to respond to the market changes.
Ensure an up-to-date database of information on clients
Provide comprehensive and detailed information to customers on the company’s service offerings.
Handles customer enquiries and complaint with urgency; immediately refer issues/decisions requiring higher-level discussion to relevant personnel while maintaining customer satisfaction.
