To advise General Manager on a regular basis of current Logistics activities & new procedure in the office.
Coordination of documents for Visa’s processing of personnel to embassy
Administration of all Monthly immigration returns of Personnel and matter.
To hold regular Logistics meetings with Junior staff prior to Monthly general Management Meeting
To ensure all contractor man hours / timesheets are duly collected and handover to accounts department for invoicing.
To ensure Payment of local allowances are transferred to contractors∙
To ensure Meet and Greet staff are in transit prior to Personnel/expatriate arrival
To ensure maintenance schedule for company Vehicle are executed by staff.
To ensure accommodation Routine check is execute by staff.
Any other Tasks assigned by General Manager or Senior Managers in the organization.
