Subscriber acquisition-This entails SIM sale and activation, road shows, town storming on local market days, door to door selling, sales outlet development & brand visibility in assigned locations.
Attend to and resolve customers’ complaints.
Conduct sales training for casual sales force & Key Accounts sales support staff.
