  • Supervise construction activities and give approval for all construction works carried out by the contractor.
  • Supervise the implementation of QA/QC activities on site and laboratory tests.
  • Ensure the work is carried out in line with contract workspace and SPDC construction specification, relevant DEPs and international standards.
  • Review work progress weekly with contractor and report to SPDC Project Engineer.
  • Highlight areas of nonconformance with specification and proffer corrective actions to be taken by the contractor.
