I currently perform the duo position of a confidential secretary, receptionist and assistant administrative officer
Oversee incoming and outgoing mails
Type and file documents
Organize board meetings
Contact suppliers and monitor their task to ensure they render quality service
Take inventory and make procurements as appropriate
Withdrawal of fund for petty cash
Maintain company staff data
Book flight for the Managing Director on request
Assume receptionist duties, attend to clients and refer them to appropriate personnel, answer phone, route calls, and take messages.
Render administrative assistance to staff as requested.
Update, maintain and/or modify company data.
Maintain company files by encoding data for the use of a select staff
Maintain accurate daily accounting of petty cash, donations and other revenue.
Arrange/book Flight for members of staff as requested.
Maintain inventory system.
Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail.
Type and process documents as needed.
Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
Update and maintain mailing lists.
Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with colleagues, and clients.
Oversee special event registration and execution.
Assist with various program operations as requested
Perform other duties as assigned.
