PROJECT PTW ASSIST COORDINATOR

Developing and supporting the administration and coordination of PTW system for on and offshore operations for the period of Construction, Pre-commissioning, Plant shutdown, Commissioning, and start up and steady state operation phases to ensure the effective coordination of PTW activities.
Supply accurate data and reports regarding PTW status to the management and clients.
Demonstrating the ability to develop and coach personnel using experience of PTW system.
Attending all the PTW and SIMOPS meeting twice everyday.
Liaising with performing authorities to ensure correct work permits are generated and identify the need for any supporting documents.
Participating in updating, reporting, preparation, generating and forwarding daily PTW reports to the clients.
Review documentations (Permits, Certificates, and JHA, Tools box form attendance, Checklist, SHOC and Procedures) to ensure that hazards and mitigation measures are identified.
Carry out weekly audits of PTW system to ensure compliance to the permit conditions and competence of the permit participants.
Ensuring that PTW updates / changes effectively communicated to all on / offshore personnel.
Implementation and monitoring of the permit to work system to ensure the work is carried out safely in accordance
with SIMOPS Coordinators rules and procedures.
Participating in the daily PTW meeting with construction team to ensure PTW requirements for work activities are implemented.
