Managing and supervising the maintenance contractors, and facilitate monthly meetings;
Assisting in providing contract supervision for major and planned maintenance works;
Analyzing reports and rectifying building defects, including feasibility reports to contracts manager;
Verifying interim and final accounts;
Assisting with management of service contracts, including asbestos and legionella management, lifts etc; and
Conducting site visits, surveys, and snagging.
