Escalate and route customer/subscriber queries or issues both Telephonic & Walk-ins to the relevant process operators.
Identify and resolve customer/subscriber queries effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining the acceptable service quality standard.
Ensuring speedy resolution of customer complaints with special reference to internet recharge, activations & data regristration issues
Trouble shooting on phones to determine their faults.
Perform necessary system transactions related to customer request.
Maintain customer’s satisfaction.
Use organization and time management tools to track cases and meet turn-around-times and other required metrics.
