- Forward Mails and documents to Contractors.
- Supervise office supplies, maintenances and stationeries.
- Coordinate all related tasks concerning new members of the department, badge, welcome package, registration numbers and security pass, accommodation and travels.
- Supports team members regarding administrative formalities, travel activities.
- Follow up meeting rooms and organizing meetings.
- Prepare Mission Orders and advice personnel on travel schedules.
- Prepare Personnel Expense Claims and follow up.
