Ensure all customers of Spectranet are managed efficiently in a friendly and courteous manner.
Interact with customers and assist them by providing information as sought for.
Process customer’s requests as and when received in line with company’s policies
Attend to customer complaints and raising “Trouble Ticket" and ensuring the TT is closed by constantly following up with help desk or relevant desk where the TT is pending.
Work on CRM to effectively complete one’s duties towards the customer.
Receive guests and always ensure all company guests comfortable.
Ensure that guests receive the best possible services available.
Ensure that employees project professionalism and provide friendly efficient service.
Resolve customer problems as quickly as possible.
Ensure a speedy telephone and message service at all times.
Maintain an atmosphere of tranquility at the Front Desk.
Periodically inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Maintain required hotel and guest history records.
Control the preparation of room occupancy forecast on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Conduct briefings and meetings as per established policies.
Advise management on the update reservation status for reference in business solicitation.
Ensure that report is ready for Sales Office.
