Overall coordination of the seminar and also creating a relaxed environment for the participants to make sure they go with an excellent experience.

Monitor closely every activity and lecture to ensure accurate adherence to time.

Write a general report on the seminar at the end of the programme.

Successes: A long time of experince over the years has given me an excellent customer care skills and also good experince on how to manage different kinds of people.
