I increased the forum visitors from zero to over a thousand visitors by creating helpful content like weekly posts, tips, newsletters channelled through the forum. My team was also responsible for providing content on , the online academy for Konga sellers
•Monitor, Review and moderate all user-generated content on all discussions on the forum (this include user profiles, comments, images, videos, audio and all other forms of content on the forum)
•Implement and maintain the online community moderation process while managing the process of banning/unbanning users, tracking and keeping accurate records.
•Brainstorm ideas for fresh content aimed at educating all sellers on the Konga Mall, ensuring the forum users up to date on relevant information in the business.
•Organizing routine events, training for sellers on the Konga mall. My team was directly involved in the planning and execution of the Konga Seller Summit held in October 2015
•Develop interactive approaches to obtaining and retaining traffic on the platform
• Resolving complaint/dispute related content offline
• Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the affected units and the business.
