My team was directly involved in the planning and execution of the Konga Seller Summit held in October 2015 •Develop interactive approaches to obtaining and retaining traffic on the platform • Resolving complaint/dispute related content offline • Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the affected units and the business.
