Provide leadership to the Operations team and continually enhance team performance and operational efficiency
Review position of balance and suspense accounts on daily basis.
Monitor branch cash levels and ensure that cash limits are not exceeded.
Co-ordinate all money transfers products transactions
Ensure branch service improvements
Ensure good branch ambiance at all time
Ensure proofs/reconciliation of branch’s books are done as at when required
Ensure timely response to branch payment GL transaction
Ensure safety of branch’s assets.
Ensure all customers mandates are captured
Ensure close of branch at close of business.
Develop and implement efficient and effective customer service strategies
Preparing of branch’s periodic reports to zonal office.
Carrying out key account management activities on existing accounts with a view towards customer retention
Ensure that all personnel record of staff are up to date and maintained on records- manually and electronically
Oversee maintenance of all office assets- fixed and working tools as well as inventory and oversight of procurements .
Perform office equipment tasks such as obtaining quotations for required services and arranging for repair of office equipment
Marketing of Financial Products (insurance).
