Research billing issues (have managed over 800 postpaid consumer bills in three months).(using Singl.eView Convergent Billing)

Using MINSAT (Customer Care GUI Software Informer)to resolve customer issues
Research misapplied payments.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
